Todd Carter Software was created by Todd Carter in 2002. The original goal of the business was focused on individual and small to mid-sized businesses that needed
custom software solutions, but lacked the funds of paying high-end consulting companies to perform these functions. As we have grown, our focus is still on the individuals
and small businesses that need help with getting started with their software needs.
We take pride in working one-on-one with our clients to provide them with the best possible solution for their business. Whether there is a need for custom software or an
off-the-shelf solution, we can help you each step of the way in this process.
